Description guidelines

As a description of the item, please include the size of the stone, quality (including clarity and colour). Additionally, specify the weight of the item in grams and the type of metal used. Include any diamond reports, valuations, or purchase receipts. Please provide as much information as you have available, even if you don’t have all the details. This will assist us in obtaining a precise assessment of your item.

 

  • Upload clear, high-quality images of your item(s). This helps our experts assess condition and market value accurately.
  • For each diamond, please Upload or Email (selling@firststateauctions.com.au) 3–5 images, including:
    • Stones
    • band
    • chain
    • clasp
    • exterior & interior
    • Any visible wear, scratches, stains, or marks
  • If available, please upload any relevant documents, such as:
    • Certificates
    • Warranty card
    • Valuation
    • Purchase receipt or invoice
  • Got more than one watch to sell? Include multiple items in one submission form —just complete the details and photos for each item.

Maximum 10 files.
7 MB limit.
Allowed types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png.

  • Lab grown diamonds, gems or silver jewellery.
  • Items expected to sell for less than AUD $1,500
  • Items located outside Australia
