Description guidelines
In the description of the item, please include a reference or model number and any accessories included: box, travel pouch, spare strap or bracelet, etc. If you don't have all the information, please supply what you have.
 

  • Upload clear, high-quality images of your item(s). This helps our experts assess condition and market value accurately.
  • For each watch, please Upload or Email (selling@firststateauctions.com.au) 3–5 images, including:
    • Front view (glass and dial)
    • Case (sides and back)
    • Crown, buttons, and clasp/buckle
    • Band or strap
    • Any visible wear, scratches, stains, or marks
  • If available, please upload any relevant documents, such as:
    • Warranty card
    • Valuation
    • Purchase receipt or invoice
  • Got more than one watch to sell? Include multiple items in one submission form —just complete the details and photos for each item.

  • Watches with aftermarket modifications
  • Items expected to sell for less than AUD $1,500
  • Items located outside Australia
